Fixed & Stable
Your bridge is attached to the implants, so it stays put when you laugh, talk or bite into a sandwich, with no denture adhesive needed.
in Orange, CA
Tired of patching one failing tooth after another or of dentures that never feel secure? All-on-4 implants in Orange, CA, give you a full arch of fixed teeth that stay put. You can eat and laugh without worry and enjoy a full, confident smile again.
All-on-4 uses four dental implants to support a full arch of replacement teeth. Two implants go near the front of the jaw, and the two in the back are angled to reach denser bone.
Your new teeth are fixed in place, so they stay in at night and leave the roof of your mouth uncovered. The angled back implants often reduce the need for bone grafting, and your 3D scan will show if any is needed.
Your bridge is attached to the implants, so it stays put when you laugh, talk or bite into a sandwich, with no denture adhesive needed.
Four well-placed implants can support a full arch, which usually means less surgery than placing an implant for every missing tooth.
Your new teeth are shaped to suit your face, lip line and bite, and with the roof of your mouth uncovered, food tastes and feels more natural.
We walk you through every phase of treatment before any surgery is scheduled, so you know what each visit involves.
Book NowWe talk about your goals, your health history and what has or hasn't worked before. We explain the benefits, risks, alternatives and costs.
We use your CBCT and iTero scans to choose implant positions. We also plan the size, shape and shade of your new teeth before surgery.
Our team removes any failing teeth and places the four implants, usually with IV sedation. When the implants are stable, temporary teeth go in that day.
Over about 3 to 6 months, the implants fuse with your jawbone. You'll eat softer foods like fish, eggs and pasta and come in for short checkups.
We place your final full-arch bridge and adjust your bite so your teeth meet evenly. We'll show you how to clean under it before you go.
Dr. James Lee, DDS, is an AAID member who plans full-arch cases with Nobel Biocare implants and designs the shape and shade of your teeth.
A CBCT scan maps your bone, nerves and sinuses, and an iTero scan records your bite, so implant angles are set before surgery day.
Full-arch surgery is a long visit, so many patients choose IV sedation from a visiting dental anesthesiologist licensed in California.

Since starting my implant treatment with Dr. Desai, I truly felt confident and recognized his expertise. I highly recommend him and his clinic, Dental Spa of Orange.
I had an anchor installed by Dr Desai. He was able to do all the work without feeling any pain. Most of the time. I require a lot of anesthesia. But after I mentioned that he used a stronger anesthesia and it was the best visit to a dentist that I've ever had.
Dental spa has done multiple work for my mom's implants, she is 72 and has major implants needs. She is happy with dental spa's work. As for me, my cleaning is done here, the hygiest is the best. Thank you!
Clean office, friendly and very helpful staff… More importantly, wonderful and skillful dentists. Good work and very reasonable charges...
Nice and clean place, the doctor is professional and reliable. The best dentist in the town!
We love the dental spa of Orange! Staff are great, dentists are wonderful, appointments are easy to get, facility is clean and well cared for. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff and doctor makes you feel comfortable. Will continue to recommend Dental Spa of Orange to friends and family.
Good cleaning and friendly staff. The Dr is very good. Been going there for years and very satisfied.
I can not say good things about this place. They took my fear and anxiety about the dentist and made me feel safe and comfortable. I can not say enough good things about this place.
The Staff was very friendly and accommodating. With covid making life harder the office made it seem very easy and accessable. The dental surgeon was incredible and cared about my pain management. I am definitely going back for my next dental needs.
I’m very pleased with this office. Honesty is important to me, and this office is that. One of my biggest issues that I have come across with dentistry is charging the insurance for work not done or having work done that is not needed. My last dentist stated I needed 6 fillings and 2 crowns. I went for a second opinion here, and not one of that was needed!

You may be a good candidate if most of the teeth in one arch are missing or can't be saved. You'll also need enough bone to hold the implants and gums that are healthy or treatable. Heavy smoking or uncontrolled diabetes can slow healing, and if you still have several healthy teeth, a partial denture or implant bridge may suit you better.
Often, yes, as long as the implants are stable when they're placed. In that case, a fixed temporary set of teeth, often called teeth in a day, is attached the same day. If the implants need more time, we will go over other safe options to get you through healing.
Brush twice a day and clean under the bridge every day, often with a water flosser. Regular professional cleanings help protect your implants and gums, and a night guard can protect the bridge if you clench or grind in your sleep. Call us if the gums around an implant start to bleed or swell.
Usually only part of it. Most plans have a yearly maximum that covers a small share of full-arch treatment, though some help with extractions or the replacement teeth. If you have Delta Dental, Tricare or a Connection Dental plan, we're in network, and our team can look up your yearly maximum before you decide.
The cost depends on how many arches are treated and how many teeth need to come out first. Bone grafting and the material of your final teeth also affect the price. You'll get a written estimate after your CBCT scan, and financing options offer up to 6 months interest-free.
