in Orange, CA
Feel self-conscious about the gap where a tooth used to be? Dental bridges in Orange, CA, fill that space with natural-looking teeth that stay firmly in place. We recommend the bridge that suits your smile best so you can laugh and chew with confidence again.
A dental bridge replaces one or more missing teeth with a false tooth, called a pontic, held in place by anchors on each side of the gap. On a traditional bridge, those anchors are crowns placed on the healthy teeth next to the space.
An implant-supported bridge rests on dental implants, so the neighboring teeth don't need to be reshaped, and it can replace several missing teeth in a row. Both types stay in your mouth day and night, unlike a removable partial denture. A traditional bridge may not be the best fit if the anchor teeth are weak or affected by gum disease, or if they're healthy and you'd prefer to leave them untouched.
Porcelain replacement teeth are matched to your natural teeth, so the space in your smile closes with a natural look.
A bridge spreads chewing forces more evenly across your teeth and keeps food from collecting in the empty space after meals.
A missing front tooth can change how some words sound, and filling the gap usually helps your speech return to normal.
A traditional bridge usually takes two visits, while an implant-supported bridge takes longer because the implants need time to heal first.
Book NowWe examine the gap and nearby teeth with close-up photos, and a CBCT scan shows the available bone if implants are an option.
We explain the pros, cons and costs of each option, and you can take as much time as you need before deciding on a bridge.
For a traditional bridge, we numb and shape the anchor teeth, while implants are placed in our office and usually heal for a few months.
An iTero scan records the area so a dental lab can make your bridge, and a temporary usually covers the space in the meantime.
We check the fit and bite before securing your bridge, then show you how to clean under it with a floss threader at home.
We choose the shade with you and shape each replacement tooth to match the size and contour of the natural teeth around it.
We make sure the area is fully numb before preparing the anchor teeth, and we'll pause whenever you signal for a break.
We offer traditional bridges, implant bridges, single implants and dentures, so we can recommend what truly fits your mouth.
Dr. Lee, a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, leads our team in planning implant bridges with CBCT 3D imaging and Nobel Biocare implants.

Call (714) 282-2525Kind and understanding staff. I felt like I was really listened to and given appropriate care without any pressure to do procedures I wasn’t ready for. They fixed my chipped tooth without any pain. Quick and professional. Highly recommend.
I broke a tooth early one morning before work. I called the office as soon as it opened and they were able to fit me in a couple of hours later. I left with a temporary fix and a full treatment plan. Every single member of the staff at Dental Spa of Orange is amazing; kind, patient and going the extra mile to accommodate special needs related to a current medical issue. I feel more valued at this office than I did at my previous dentist of over 20 years!
I’m very pleased with this office. Honesty is important to me, and this office is that. One of my biggest issues that I have come across with dentistry is charging the insurance for work not done or having work done that is not needed. My last dentist stated I needed 6 fillings and 2 crowns. I went for a second opinion here, and not one of that was needed!
I've been going to Dental Spa & Implant Center of Orange a couple of times, they have excellent care, great friendly staff, and a nice clean environment! So far I've had a fair amount of work done here, including a crown, a filing, and cleanings. Dr. Martey saved me from needless procedures recommended by other dentists. He did an amazing job fitting a crown that I was told would require surgical removal of my Gum. He spent hours patiently placing the crown in and customized it so that it fit properly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Professional and efficient service. I was very happy with my implants. Highly recommend for all your dental needs
Since starting my implant treatment with Dr. Desai, I truly felt confident and recognized his expertise. I highly recommend him and his clinic, Dental Spa of Orange.
I had an anchor installed by Dr Desai. He was able to do all the work without feeling any pain. Most of the time. I require a lot of anesthesia. But after I mentioned that he used a stronger anesthesia and it was the best visit to a dentist that I've ever had.
Dental spa has done multiple work for my mom's implants, she is 72 and has major implants needs. She is happy with dental spa's work. As for me, my cleaning is done here, the hygiest is the best. Thank you!
Clean office, friendly and very helpful staff… More importantly, wonderful and skillful dentists. Good work and very reasonable charges...
Nice and clean place, the doctor is professional and reliable. The best dentist in the town!

It's usually a good idea, because the teeth beside a gap can drift or tilt into the space over time. The tooth above or below the gap may shift too, which can change your bite and make the area harder to clean. This happens at different speeds for different people, so it's worth discussing early.
The cost mainly depends on how many teeth are replaced and whether the bridge rests on natural teeth or implants. Any treatment needed first, such as an extraction or bone graft, adds to the total, and your insurance affects your share. You'll get the full amount before work begins, and financing options can spread payments out with up to 6 months interest-free.
Often in part, since most plans treat a traditional bridge as major work, while coverage for implant-supported bridges varies more. If your coverage is through Tricare, Delta Dental or a Connection Dental plan, we're in network. We'll check your bridge benefits before you commit to treatment.
Many bridges last for years with daily cleaning and regular checkups. Cleaning under the false tooth matters most, since decay or gum disease in the anchor teeth is a common reason bridges fail. If your bridge ever feels loose or food starts catching around it, call us so we can check it.
The best choice depends on the health of your teeth, gums and bone. A bridge is often quicker and makes sense when the neighboring teeth already need crowns, while an implant leaves those teeth untouched and helps maintain the jawbone but needs healthy bone and a few months of healing. A partial denture usually costs less up front, though it comes out at night.
